Question 1

Can you deliver the car to the Fontainebleau valet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver directly to the Fontainebleau valet circle on Collins Avenue. Give us your check-in time when you book and the car will be waiting. This is one of our most frequent delivery spots.

Question 2

What is the best car to rent while staying at the Fontainebleau?

Accepted Answer

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge at $1,200 per day matches the hotel's iconic status. For a balance of presence and value, the Lamborghini Urus grey at $1,000 per day is our most requested Fontainebleau car. The Corvette C8 at $400 per day is the best value thrill.

Question 3

How do I get the car back to you at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Leave it with the Fontainebleau valet and send us a text. We collect it from the valet circle. There is no need to drive anywhere or meet us. Just make sure personal items are out of the car.

Question 4

Is there a mileage limit for hotel stay rentals?

Accepted Answer

Each rental includes an agreed mileage allowance confirmed at booking. Most Fontainebleau guests drive under 100 miles per day between the beach, Brickell, and Wynwood. Multi-day rentals can be structured with higher allowances, just tell us your plans.

Question 5

What documents do I need as a hotel guest?

Accepted Answer

Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license (US or international) and meet our insurance requirements. The $1,000 refundable security deposit applies. We verify everything at delivery, which takes about 10 minutes at the valet.
