Question 1

Can I use my personal auto insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as it provides full coverage with limits high enough for the vehicle's value. Many policies cap vehicle value below exotic prices, so verify with your insurer before booking and bring proof to delivery.

Question 2

What if my policy does not cover exotic rentals?

Accepted Answer

We offer supplemental insurance packages priced by vehicle. They are arranged during booking, so you are covered before the car is delivered.

Question 3

Is insurance included in the daily rate?

Accepted Answer

No. Coverage is confirmed separately during booking, either through your own qualifying policy or one of our packages.

Question 4

What happens if the car is damaged during my rental?

Accepted Answer

Report it immediately with photos and call us at (786) 769-5248. Your security deposit may be held until the claim is resolved. We document the vehicle's condition at delivery and return.

Question 5

I am visiting from another country. What are my options?

Accepted Answer

International visitors can use our supplemental insurance packages. You will still need a valid foreign driver's license and passport. See our international driver's license guide for the full document list.
